Fiji and Tahiti - November 2007 Two weeks in Fiji and a week in Tahiti afforded a fantastic introductory tour to the South Pacific, including diving with sharks, kayaking through mangroves, and jumping off waterfalls. | |||||||
Botswana and Namibia - May 2007 On this two-and-a-half-week trip, I flew into Zambia to see Victoria Falls, traveled overland through Botswana, explored the giant red sand dunes of Namibia, and visited a special conservation area in South Africa. | |||||||
Heli-skiing in British Columbia - April 2007 A five-day heli-skiing trip in the Adamants of British Columbia with a group of kick-ass women skiers. | |||||||

My mother, a pediatrician for an adoption agency, invited me along on a two-week trip, during which ten sets of American parents picked up ten perfect little Chinese girls. After the parents went home, we traveled to Lijiang and Yangshuo. | |||||||
A three-week trip complete with climbing and lounging in the sun on the Andaman Coast, three days diving the reefs of Phi Phi Island, a visit to a tropical rain forest, a Thai cooking class, countless temples, and a stop in the hectic capital city. | |||||||
